Welcome to Security Uncomplicated! This is my humble attempt to take security concepts and make them easy for everyone to understand. Too many blogs and articles focus on IT or security professionals, but the truth is, we all can benefit from improving our security.

No amount of effort can make you 100% secure.  To quote the Princess Bride, “Anyone who says differently, is selling something.”  It is a constant game of cat-and-mouse to stay ahead of those wanting to take advantage of you or your loved ones.

The word ‘cybersecurity’ tends to overwhelm or cause many people to tune out. Others feel like they just don’t know where to start. I say that knowledge is power, so let’s start there.

Take one step or take all of them, but what’s important is that you start to think with a security mindset.
